Jess Osborn (they/elle/he/el/she/ella) is a trans masc, non-binary community builder, fashion curator, and world traveler based in Miami, Florida. As the founder and creative director of the GenderChill Fashion Show, they lead a groundbreaking fashion and arts experience that celebrates trans and nonbinary joy, creativity, and cultural power. Now in its fourth year, GenderChill has become a staple of South Florida’s LGBTQ+ arts scene, blending runway, performance, and community organizing to uplift gender-diverse voices. In their role as Community Engagement Manager at TransSOCIAL, a local social services non-profit for the TLGBQ+ community, Jess facilitates partnerships and leads the organization’s signature TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training, equipping businesses and nonprofits of all industries with tools to create safer, more affirming environments while creating a profit for all. Their work is rooted in intersectionality, justice, and deep community care. An avid traveler who has explored over 20 countries and 30 U.S. states, Jess brings a global perspective to their work—connecting people across cultures, identities, and movements to foster belonging and joy wherever they go.
